Pano from Fort Boreman

We visited Fort Boreman in Parkersburg, West Virginia yesterday, and Husband took this panoramic shot.  Belpre, Ohio is on the left, and Parkersburg is on the right.  The rather large body of water is the Ohio River.  In the lower right of the photo, the Rt. 68 bridge crosses the Little Kanawha River, which flows in to the Ohio.

2/7 has an excellent eye. Good shot. Seeing all that water makes me want to go fishing....which reminds me... I've got to call my fishin bud for our next trip.

MCK: It was pretty, but HOT.

TH2: Two says "thank you". Fishing on Lake Ontario?

Not Lake Ontario - it will be a much smaller lake to the northeast of Lake Ontario... (Buckhorn Lake, I think) next time we go, which likely will be sometime next week (work pending).

Had a terrible time last we went. Canada Day weekend (at Cooks Bay, part of Lake Simcoe). Nothing really caught, but there was so many Miami Vice pleasure boats making so much noise. It was (as my bud said) like the St. Lawrence Seaway shipping lanes.

TH2, I hope the fishing is much better this time.
