MCK - I believe it's a university-wide rule that any scholarship recipient must be a full-time student.
I can't be certain, but I believe that the co-heads of the keyboard division selected me for the scholarship, and the fact that they thought I was worthy makes me very happy. Even if I didn't get the dough.

Right, but still to inform you of your selection and then say whoops, you're not eligible seems kind of fooey. That's all.
It is kinda funny, but unfair at the same time! :)
