This picture is a Fail, brought to you from Alabama.
Is this not one of the most wonderful street-names ever?
Statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Anne.
Icon of the Holy Family with Angels.
Icon of the Holy Family. You can't tell from this picture, but in the pseudo-cartouche to the Blessed Virgin's left are the Greek letters MP OY, an abbreviation for Mother of God. To Joseph's right is another group, but the picture is not clear enough to tell what it says. It is most likely Christ's initials. A nearly identical set of initials are visible in the picture above this one.

Note: The church items are all from St. Joseph in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The church is really beautiful, which doesn't make up for the Mass being totally wacko, thanks to the musicians who took their proximity to Nashville very seriously, and the priest who acted like he was on a Las Vegas stage.
Yay for stage show Masses!
Err.. cough cough. Yeah... about that.... o_O
OH! And I forgot to say that I REALLY like the 'peaches' picture! Ranks right up with the sign we have on 17 in SC that indicates where 'peachs' are sold! And they say education in the South is no good! ;)
The Mass...was...unique. I wish I'd remembered to bring the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch...
