This is the result of the recent renovation (except for the detestable choir loft) of St. Mary's. The church had been wreckovated years ago in the "Spirit of Vatican II", when the church was whitewashed by the monsignor. The current priests are shuffling through all the paperwork required to have the church declared a basilica.
